Great experience with Onze-42!
We rented 3 road bikes for the half-day (tour of the lake + 1 pass): welcome with a smile, adjustment of the bikes for each of us carefully before leaving, recommendations for the journey and handling of the bikes.

Onze 42 is amazing - they went way beyond just a rental bike for me and my weekend in Annecy - they listened to the types of rides I wanted to do and planned epic routes on a Garmin for me! They were quick to answer my many questions as the weather and plans changed and provided advice. It was especially important to me as a solo rider to know that the routes were designed and suggested by locals. They are local experts, cyclists, mechanics and acted as a complete concierge service for me. I originally rented from them for two days, but it wasn't enough and they let me extend my rental for another amazing day! I will always remember the epic climbs and views thanks to Julien and Alex!!!
